oday, I visited Cafe Gemini in Mishima as part of Shizuoka Prefecture’s expert dispatch program.

This program involves Shizuoka Prefecture dispatching experts in their respective fields to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) solve their management challenges. I, Nagao, am registered as an expert in new business development and store management.

This was my second visit to Cafe Gemini, and today I explained about QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness), a key aspect of restaurant management, and how to implement it in operations using a QSC checklist.

Cafe Gemini is a long-established cafe founded in 1982, located right near the south exit of Mishima Station. The current owner, Akane, is the second generation, and her wonderful personality attracts many regular customers.

We will continue to support them in their continued success for many years to come.
